Stamping and forming technology – tailored to your needs.

We are experts in stamping and forming technology. Our products and services are based on our core expertise in metal stamping. We offer our clients attractive manufacturing solutions from our approximately 20,000 m2production floor space. With roughly 93 million products delivered per year, this is testament to the quality and efficiency of our stamping shop.

Our passion is to provide tailored solutions using various metals

We stamp, bend, form, emboss and draw according to requirements using the most efficient methods. With an extensive range of presses from 20 to 630 tons, our stamping shop offers technology aligned to the volume you require – from precise complete cutting to tricky progressive die solutions and complex transfer solutions. Integrated processes such as threading and press-fitting components via supply stations likewise enable us to manufacture technically complex parts at an attractive price.

As the end-to-end service chain is kept under one roof – from engineering and tool-making to the finished part – there are no coordination problems or delays.

The production processes guarantee stable parts production with consistent quality across the entire cycle. Certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001, plus our own internal quality standards, ensure that our processes meet the highest requirements.

Stamped parts

With a pressing force of up to 630 tons, we manufacture precise metal-stamped parts of up to 6 mm in thickness using progressive die, forming or joining technology – depending on the material and requirements. This allows you to choose from a wide range of metals.

Bent parts

We can manufacture a wide range of forms, from simple to complex bent parts – usually produced in combination with stamping. The distinction lies in using as little material as possible and adhering to tolerances by using the right tool for the job.

Formed parts

When manufacturing complex parts, reliable processes often require multiple forming steps. To guarantee this reliability, we use progressive die and transfer tools. A well-designed overall concept by our engineering department serves as the basis for highly productive manufacturing and top-quality products.

Drawn parts

Draw pressing (tractive-pressure forming) allows for products to be manufactured in small to large series, as prototypes, and in custom configurations – all at the highest quality. This method is versatile, as it allows for many different types of metals to be formed.

Visible parts

Visible parts have special production requirements and place specific demands on the materials used. The production steps are usually followed by surface finishing. As implied by the term ‘visible part’, the manufactured part should give the component as a whole an eye-catching quality .
