We manufacture your deep-drawn parts on a volume basis and meet with your requirements using cutting-edge production technology.

Drawn parts – whether as a prototype or in small to large series: we can meet your custom criteria for deep drawing in full. Based on the forming steps involved and the tool technology used, we can produce draw heights of up to 160 mm. Technology reference values: Progressive die up to approx. 40 mm; transfer tool approx. 100 mm; single-stage tool up to 160 mm.

Drawn parts – whether as a prototype or in small to large series: we can meet your custom criteria for deep drawing in full. Based on various forming steps and using a progressive die tool, we can manufacture parts up to 60 mm in height. For single tools, we can manufacture drawn parts up to 120 mm in height.

The starting point for deep drawing is always the cut or stamped sheet, which is referred to as a plate or a blank.

Depending on the desired material properties, aluminium is suitable for manufacturing deep-drawn parts. It may also be possible to use other materials, including copper, brass and various steel alloys such as stainless steel. Aluminium is a relatively soft material, making it ideal for the production of various forms through deep drawing.

Products made by deep drawing are robust. The lack of welding joints reduces the probability of rust formation, and the costs that would result from additional processes can besaved. Forming increases the strength of the drawn parts.
