In mould making, we manufacture injection moulding tools and press moulds for processing thermoplastics and thermosetts plastics. Before our experts start on tool design, the components are geometrically revised and thus optimised in respect of demoulding and the type of plastic used. They use the findings from the development phase to design the mass production moulds. The result: We reduce the number of optimisation loops that are often complained about within the industry.

For the production of these components, we manufacture tools with enhenced requirements towards tolerances and component demoulding. Demoulding is performed using slide, latch locking unit, core pull or 2-stage demoulding.

For thread deforming, we use:

• Electromechanical screw-out units

• Slide demoulding
