Frequently the subsequent use of the components requires that they are supplied burr-free, free of dirt, oil residues, metal and non-metallic particles as well as with special surface finishes. Heightened mechanical requirements sometimes also require heat treatment. We offer various deburring, heat treatment and cleaning processes.

Slide grinding (vibratory grinding) and brush deburring are suitable processes for the production of burr-free components. In addition to classic slide grinding in round vibrators, we also offer the centrifugal slide grinding process . Thanks to the approximately 10 × higher material removal rate, improved honing and shorter process times can be achieved.

Our cleaning systems, partly with an integrated ultrasonic function, meet the requirements of the automotive and electrical industries. Here we can clean and degrease parts according to your specifications. Do you want to additionally incorporate a preservation oiling step in the process to provide temporary corrosion protection of steel parts until they are assembled? We will be happy to incorporate this work step for you.

Depending on the application area, an improvement in the specific mechanical properties of components may be necessary. With our vacuum hardening technology we change the grain structure and thus optimise the mechanical properties. Vacuum hardening at 1100 degrees Celsius in a rack process
