Tools and manufacturing
The entire service chain from optimising stamped parts and developing the optimal tool to prototype, 0-series and series manufacturing: We do it all in house at Jehle.
Our stamped articles are available in various types and forms to fulfil a wide range of purposes. Whether small, medium or large series, we support you all the way. We have the best and most cost-effective solution for any series size. At our technology centre for tool production, we develop all manner of state-of-the-art progressive cutting tools to match customer volume and service life requirements.
We produce metal-stamped parts of up to 6 mm thick based on a pressing force of up to 630 tons ;depending on the material and requirements, this is accomplished using progressive die, forming or joining tools. We apply stamping technology to cold- and hot-rolled steel sheets, nickel-chromium steel and non-ferrous metals, and we manufacture aluminium-stamped parts.
Processing from coil, strips or blank
When working from the coil, we produce batch sizes of up to 50 million parts per year. In addition to manufacturing from the coil, we work from strips and blanks. This can be an interesting option for small batch sizes and large-format parts. Jehle can take care of further processing of individual parts, too,. either with mechanical post-processing or surface treatment – powder coating, anodising, labelling, etc. – or by using joining technologies different welding methods, rivets or press-fitting.
We can directly integrate the completed single parts into an assembly, either by mounting them manually or by using mounting machines.
